Overview

This story unfolds as most stories do. Love, hate, honor, deceptions and so forth. But there comes a time when a Greater Power takes the front seat and sets motions of events that must be made. These events are life changing to all whether they know or not. Over the course of Time, which no one really knows when Time itself started, The Mantle, which is best described as God of Neutral, started doling roles to certain people that would shape Fate. At one peculiar time, the Mantle decided to intervene by sending roles upon the world of Mearindaer. In short, two young teenagers, a gnome and his trusted lion, Grumbles, are intertwine together. The two teenagers, Cal Dunaway and Justin Kallin are destine with great powers of becoming warriors while being trained by the short gnome, Crampton Fixture-Mixture in the martial arts combat fighting style while welding great weapons of imbued powers. Also, Sam De’vellie, another friend of Cal and Justin, loses his fiancé as she is murdered by thugs. Sam blames Cal and Justin for her death as the group runs away from hired thugs that are giving chase to be killed. Sam separates himself from the small group going his own way. While wandering in his state of blind fury of hatred, Sam is beseech by a group of woman that are really vampire sirens that try to seduces him. Barely escaping with his life Sam is confronted by the god Allon to join his cause of Damnation as his commander with the help of a demon. Lyissa Coppar, now a ghost, is trying to figure out what she can do to help her beloved Sam as she realizes that she can help because of the Dreamers which she later finds out that she can slide into dreams. Lyissa can intervene through dreams and her unborn child. Lyissa is given her first clue as she gives chase to the Grim Reaper that is posing as a god named Allon. Lyissa watches as Allon talks to a demon through the fabled Gazing Ball of Sight of Present Time. Lyissa sees that treachery and deception is on the raise. Meanwhile, Justin and Cal, along with Crampton and the lion Grumbles, falls in a trap that is laid for them from a lich that is a magic-user name Elron Blanch. After putting up a fight the small group gets separated from each other. Cal wakes up in a dark hole realizing that he was somehow underground, or rather fell in a hole from the flight after he was grabbed by one of the lichens just as Justin lopes off the hand and Cal grabs the dead thing’s hand only to throws it to the ground. Not knowing that at that time Cal touches a ring on that hand that borne a cursed ring of Lycanthrope. Now cursed, the ring cannot be removed because of the barbs inside the ring which are now embedded into his flesh. Upon waking, Cal notice that he is lying beside what looks like a skeleton of a pirate. He also sees a knife that he pulls from the dead pirate and claims as his own. Unknowing, that knife is enchanted with the abilities of Recall, which will save him and his friends life. Meanwhile, a few hundred miles to the East from the boys a young wizard by the name Abra Cadabra is kick out of the Wizard Academy called Elarron School of Wizards, He is set on a quest for a year to find his true purpose as a wizard. Abra and Kithra, his fellow mage (which he is in love with but will not tell her), are trying to find ways to help Abra control his crazy spells and enchantments from going wrong and why are they going wrong. Time marches forward as the story unfolds...
