Father Pascal is a small town priest who moves to the French Quarter of New Orleans to participate in a community outreach program, but after his first day, he realizes that the members of the old church are hiding dark secrets. With his questions avoided, the rest of the church prepares for the arrival of the leader of the program, Father Tolver. But when he arrives, the dark truth behind the program is revealed and Pascal's faith is challenged.
