"Stranger Upstairs" finds Van Horn, a perfectly innocent party-goer, jailed in a small hallway bathroom. The sub-letting loner, pursuing a murderous rampage outside the door, confines Van helplessly as he hears his friends' killer casually walking about. Frayed alliances become frighteningly apparent as Van's true motives are exposed and his true self is revealed.
