The Dark Sire is a quarterly literary magazine that specializes in short fiction, poetry, and art in the subgenres of horror, gothic, fantasy, and psychological realism. Edited by Bre Stephens, authors are selected for their engaging stories and contribution to the creative arts. The magazine's first issue debuted on Halloween 2019 with its Fall Issue; Issue 2 (Winter) was later released on January 31, 2020; Issue 3 (Spring) launched April 30, 2020; and Issue 4 (Summer) launched July 31, 2020. Issue 5 celebrated TDS' 1-year anniversary and was released on Halloween 2020. For issue 6 (Winter 2020), this 123-page issue packs fear, horror, death, and dread from cover to cover. It includes 7 short stories, 5 poems, 8 pieces of art, and 2 serializations. It's sure to please any discerning reader who loves the psychological aspects of horror.
