Amy Jones's perfect life came to a screeching halt the day her husband, Kyle, disappeared on his way home from work. As she frantically searches for him, she discovers that one of her husbands ex-girlfriends, Emily Carter, has kidnapped him, so she sets out on a journey to rescue her husband. As Amy watched Emily get in her car and drive away, she breaks into her house and finds her husband tied up and locked in a room. She quickly tries to free him, but is interrupted when Emily came in the room, pointing a gun at her. When Emily turned her gun on Kyle, Amy pulled her pistol and shot her dead. A year after Amy's daring rescue and altercation with Emily, her perfect life was back to normal, so she thought until she quickly finds out that ghost really do exist, as Emily Carter comes back for revenge.
