Two sisters, twins one blind the other mute, foundlings cast adrift aboard a ghost ship and discovered by witches. Pursued by malevolent dark forces, hunted for the ancient secrets not even these two young women realise they possess. Their angelic faces concealing a corrupt power residing within their black hearts. Through haunted forests, a village of perverse evil, an encounter with the dark Mage of Castle Bavis, a den of assassins and an appointment with the headsman's axe, the danger intensifies as the evil inside the hearts of the twin sisters begins to grow. They shall become Queens of Darkness as multiple worlds fall to their corruption and civilisations end as they strike out from the sinister throne of Dark Soul.
