An enemy? Well in this particular case, it was a loved one and possibly a soon to be family member. A young man named Cyrus Black had a love in his life. Her name was Helen. Her father was Walter, Walter Rigby. Mr. Rigby owned the mill at Dark Shade Creek in the booming forties, and before that, he was an elite member of the military. He had perks due to his ranking and training in psychological warfare and tormenting prisoners of war. He enjoyed being a part of all torture methods, but one that he was especially fond of and eternally curious about was lysergic acid diethylamide. Better known to the common folk as acid or L.S.D. He had done and seen it all, traveled the world far and wide, so this little gig he had going in the middle of nowhere was a piece of cake for him. He could handle any situation that was thrown at him. Even Cyrus, or so he thought...
