A worn out middle aged police officer finds himself handcuffed to a young serial joyrider as they watch a team of paramedics fighting to revive two broken bodies, as a result of a serious road incident. Unfortunately the bodies are theirs…….but dead is not the end, simply the start of an interesting new adventure.Reluctantly, they are enrolled in the University of Angels to be educated in all skills required to be a good ghost and introduced to some fascinating and curious new dead friends. Unfortunately for the criminal masterminds behind a complex plot, they are able to combine their new talents along with their existing skills in a haphazard attempt to unravel the plan and bring the criminals to justice.
