This story was a finalist in Mystery Writers of America's Short Story Contest.Author Elena Santangelo heard a writing instructor say once that you should never set a story in a bathroom. She took it as a dare. As for the second story, she'd been in that situation herself--she just never thought to use a fax machine as a murder weapon. Elena writes the Possessed Mystery series, also laden with ghosts and mayhem.
