When the creature Boneman is unexpectedly freed from hell by a corrupt and hapless Archbishop, he finds himself in the woods of Northern Michigan. Stranded in this unfamiliar world, the demon struggles to find his way amongst those who seek the assistance of his terrible powers and Satan himself; who wants the creature back. All the while, Boneman has his own plans as he endeavors to fix something that he has broken a long time ago.
