An unleashed spirit of an unjustly killed young man hunts a corrupted police station in the search for justice, violently murdering the cops that have been involved in his killing, until an ex-cop steps in to help the horrified city. When Max is caught during a police mission, the bad cops know that he must be reduced to silence. They torture him to death, kill his family, and bury all the incriminating evidences.
