A hunter comes to her aid, and together the two battle to survive, their journey taking them across the paths of terrifying beasts and hungry cryptids long foretold by Native tribes to exist. One in particular is in a restless and constant pursuit after the helpless girl, committed to do whatever it takes to make her its next meal.
