You can imagine for yourself how you would deal with a zombie apocalypse. If you were like the Knox family fortunate enough to live in a rural area away from the nearest zombie infested city, and your farm could provide everything your family required to survive, that survival might be a reasonable idea. But what if one of your children ended up getting infected and transformed into a zombie starving for human flesh? What would you do after that happened? Les and Eunice Knox had to deal with something like that. But would you think to do what Les decided to try?
