Caroline's car breaks down on the way to pick up her husband at the airport. She is determined to get her and her daughter to safety on a long stretch of backwoods road. On this desolate forsaken piece of highway they meet mysterious strangers. As the night progresses Caroline faces her past and her present to protect her little girl. This version has been rewritten with new material to reflect the change in the author’s beliefs as he deconstructed his faith and left Evangelical Christianity.
