Every self-help site and every one of those tv doctors always say that it’s best to keep some sort of journal after a “traumatic” event so I found this old notebook. I’d rather have something nicer. Oh well. I guess paper is paper and I can write in this as good as anywhere else. It’d still be nice though to have something nice that will last the years, kinda like the Colonel’s journal. Okay…I’m guessing those self-help people didn’t mean to write about the type of journal that I wish I had. You know what? Screw them. This is my journal and I can write about anything I want...
