I n the garden, the top of an egg-shaped thing suddenly appears above ground. Initially, Bas was very proud of his discovery. What kind of beast puts her egg on the ground and does not look after it? But what started as just a discovery turns into a nasty adventure. Even the dog, Pipo, was part of the strange adventure that turns into a nightmare. And what does the abandoned convent have to do with Wittekappengat when all the Monks are gone? Van de Espunt has spent much of his life in the world of science and technology. Writing for him is second nature. Until recently, his writing has centered on technical or business topics. Writing a children's book was a new but special experience.
