Uneasy Moments. We all have them. Those moments when life is knocked off its axis and the world suddenly seems not quite the one we are accustomed to. When a shadow falls and reality shifts a little. Sometimes the shadows life and sometimes - as for some of the characters in this collection - they do not. But shadows can also contain secrets and who does not like to be in possession of a secret -even if that knowledge comes at a very high price? Sometimes the shadows lift and we emerge, blinking, into the light again, though we emerge forever changed.. And as for those who never emerge.... Yes, we all have uneasy moments. And curiosity doesn't always kill the cat. Not always......So, take a deep breath and let this collection of short, dark, stories lead you into the shadows.
