Audrey's sixteen dollars didn't just buy a gag gift in the form of a 'scroll of genie ownership', but a real live genie willing to make her every wish come true. Subject to some rules. Enough rules that Audrey decides to give someone else the opportunity to experience the benefits the genie has to offer. But the genie has some ideas of his own about that. A quirky short story, a quick easy read. Or, an insightful discussion on the human condition, and a possible foundation for a new religion. Hmm, let's stick to "a quirky short story".
