Home from college for what she thought would be a relaxing weekend, Lindsey Carleton finds herself accepting a babysitting job as a favor for her mother's friend. Lindsey is dreading it, remembering the family's mischievous son, Blake, who enjoyed causing trouble for her the last time she babysat him. The family has moved since she last saw them and they don't live in just any house. They live in the Marley house. The Marley house has a past filled with the dark secrets of an evil man who lived a double life. From the moment she arrives, LIndsey soon realizes that Blake will be the least of her worries on this night and that the stories about the haunted old Marley house might be true after all. Marley House is a novelette length haunted house story.
