Honey-mooning on their yacht off the coast of Alaska, Josh and Eileen Simms run afoul of rough seas and become separated. A wretched socio-psychotic lighthouse keeper on a decrepit island, Pinnacle Rock, Alaska; finds Eileen washed ashore unconscious. After a few days of sleep and recovery she learns that Josh is no where around and it's just her, Lloyd and his Bull Mastiff, Jugular; all alone. As days pass she becomes quite comfortable until a storm more fierce than the one that shipwrecked her, are just beginning to brew in Lloyds' mind. The terror and horror has just begun
