Captain Lorna Vess and her co-pilot Anshula Naidu used to run a passenger shuttle service all across the Saturnian system. Heavily in debt and blackmarked by all the big companies, they are forced to ply their business along the routes no one else wants. Stuck in the swamplands of the moon Rhea, they come across five people needing passage off-world. That the man is dressed as Father Christmas and the women dressed as elves is something the financially unstable pair can’t afford to turn down, even though these strange people seem to believe they are who they appear to be.Setting off into space, it is not long before one of the elves vanishes.
