What happens when a Jehovah's Witness becomes a vampire? Chris is a young Jehovah’s Witness who is questioning his beliefs. He's desperate for a way out of the cult, but knows that escaping will cost him his family and leave him alone and broke in a world he doesn't quite understand. Catherine is a 1500 year old vampire, (she’s really 1800 but she lies about her age). She's tired of lovers who only last a few hundred years before they die from carelessness or suicide, and is on the prowl for a new mate. If Chris can overcome his aversion to blood, he just might be the one she's been searching for. Together they discover a threat that could result in the end of vampires everywhere and change the world of man forever.
