Being a vampire doesn't mean you have to be a killer, but you can't get by on a day job. Jacques' backpacking trip through Europe takes him to the sex clubs of Berlin's gay nightlife, but his adventure is cut short as he finds himself dragged into the shadows of an underworld populated with con men, coke dealers, and horrific monsters. Jacques is desperate to survive, and desperate to hold onto what's left of his humanity. It's a lonely, monstrous existence, but falling in love might be the most monstrous risk of all.
