In the warm tropical heat of a sultry Belize night, the call of an owl calls two lovers home... When married couple Ben and Taylor leave their lavish, successful careers behind to explore the riches of the ancient Earth as archaeologists, they begin down a path of adventure, discovery, and richness that will take them far from home, and further from one another. Even when a terrible catastrophe strikes the team in Chile, the bond between the couple cannot be broken. It is on this very night, three years later, that a mysterious statue, bearing the markings of an owl, begins the couple’s final journey together into the great beyond.
