Overview

Eras is a world that suffers on the edge of an impending apocalypse. A cataclysmic event that took place centuries ago destabilized all of existence and entire worlds have faded from reality ever since. The survivors of the cataclysm rebuilt civilization on the ruins of the world left behind. The dead no longer sleep and doorways to other realms tear themselves open. The barriers between worlds weaken with every passing day and twisted, bloodthirsty demons invade at every opportunity.A stranger to this world known as Revenant walks alone on the edge of civilization. His path is set before him by a bizarre owl who communicates through telepathy and claims to be a spiritual guide. He leads with promises of a destiny to be fulfilled and an ultimate power to be harnessed. But when Rev retrieves an ancient artifact that seems alive with a hunger of its own, he must second-guess his role in the world. The road to Rev's destiny is one wrought with vicious monsters, corrupt demons, armies of ravenous dead, and the treachery of those closest to him. When it becomes clear that the entire world wants him dead, he must find help in the unlikeliest of places: one of the warriors of the Creed of Orion. Rev’s disturbing origins do little to win the trust of the warrior sworn to protect the realm against the many faces of evil, but they soon find their lives, and their fates, intertwined.
