The mission was simple enough: locate and kill the Night Hag that had captured the soul of the Count’s son.But when our party of adventurers storms in the monster’s lair, and mortally wounds her, the Hag unleashes a curse that ties to the enslaved soul. And so the Curseling was born. A vengeful spirit animated by a single purpose. To vex these adventurers unto madness.Now bound to this party of five, the newly-spawned specter feels compelled to follow after them as they go on their adventures, and it soon discovers that it has the power to enter their dreams and feed off their fears. Every Fear Point it manages to earn gets it one step closer to unlocking new and more powerful skills to haunt and terrorize them.But as a low level Curseling, it cannot do much to pierce through the mental defenses of those highly-skilled veterans. If it is to fulfill the terms of the curse binding it, it will need to find out their darkest secrets, to learn what makes them tick and slowly drive them over the edge.
