Like other, supernatural series, Mutable carries on the tradition of complex world-building and stunning aesthetics. Unlike other, supernatural series, the characters in play are not merely conduits for power; their powers are manifestations of their search for something authentic in a universe where everyone has a superpower and appearances can be deceiving. Every day we have to sift through false news, propaganda and social conditioning to identify what’s real. Mutable magnifies these issues under a different lens — one that isn’t obscured by our often divisive biases.
