Deep in the woodlands of Virginia, in a small town call Red Springs a vicious beast is summon from the unknown by an ancient curse that was placed on the town two-hundred year ago. The beast will hunt and kill the people of Red Springs for one year before disappearing back into the unknown, only to return fifty years later. A journalist, a cryptozoologist, and a detective have team together to break the curse. Can they stop the creature, known as the Red River Beast, before it destroys the town of Red Springs?
