For the past eleven plus years young Tyler Stanton experiences the same dream over and over again. It's the funeral of his father, tragically gunned down while saving a little girl caught in a wild shootout between rival gang factions in a turf war. Even as Tyler struggles to unlock the meaning of his dream, along comes pretty Jessica to complicate his familiar and aimless slog through high school.
