When Aubrey's husband dies, she turns to painting to recover from her grief. In a fugue state, she paints a house she's never seen in a town she's never visited. Convinced it has something to do with David, she rents the house from the painting and discovers there are things on Earth (and beyond) that she never dreamed possible.
