When 16 year old Westly tells Talia his story on a moonlit night onboard a pilfered ship, and she replies that she too believes in Starpeople, it is set into motion a series of events that begins the adventure of a lifetime. With the abused native girl by his side and a love strong enough to survive death, he steals her away to safety that very night.
