A secret CIA laboratory in the Cascade Mountains suddenly goes dark. They were developing a revolutionary new truth serum for interrogating captured terrorists and they announced a breakthrough, which they quickly retracted. After the retraction message was received, there was complete silence. A special team of CIA operatives and scientists, protected by government military contractors was assigned to investigate what happened. As they worked their way through the laboratory, the team began to unravel what happened along with the true nature of what was being developed. They soon discover the horror of what was being worked on and how it posed a danger, not just to them, but also to all human and animal life on earth.
