There are people on earth that have psy powers these powers come in different forms from mind reading to telekinesis, most of these folk keep it to themselves, then one day a man was elected as president of the United States of America.The voting public did not know he was insane; he set his mind on the destruction of the people with special powers, because they may have been able to read his mind. What he wanted was total power, he set out to destroy these folk, he got certain friends in high places to help him, what he did not figure out was the folk with the powers also had friends in high places, and so the war of wits began.
