A priest and his three brothers are cursed with Porphyric Hemophilia, the Vampire Disease. He barters with vampire hunters to spare his life in exchange for the life of the original vampire, his own little brother, which would allow the priest-vampire to die as a holy man and rise to Heaven rather than experiencing death as a shadowy creature of the Night. Delightfully dark and wickedly witty.
