When the zombie apocalypse started, Xander Barnes by hunkering down in a Costco with family and friends, fighting off both the living and the dead. Those long cold nights were just a taste of things to come, because winter was also fast approaching.Just when he thought things couldn't get any worse, he got drafted to fight against the legions of the undead, but that was difficult when he and his fellow soldiers were under-equipped, poorly-trained, and on its own with little support from regular Army troops. Before he knew it, his unit was cut off and surrounded by hundreds of zombies desperate to feast on him and his fellow troopers.
