The thrill of making easy money through gambling is quickly overshadowed as his power becomes greater and draws attention from people who want to use him for their own gain.For Joe, the unknown becomes clearer, while the character of everyone he meets becomes more and more of a mystery; what will the temptations of power and wealth do to those who would otherwise befriend or simply ignore him? And how far will this gift keep on giving, past the point where it becomes a curse? Joe's own longing for popularity and success feeds the beast, and threatens to cost him everything.
