rinna has been hunting the supernatural for as long as she can remember. Walking the streets of Manhattan, killing anything that won’t stay dead. Her memories have faded but the instinct to kill what survives beyond the grave hasn’t failed her. There is someone out to kill her to end her hunt, to find out what she knows and they will go through any length to get what she’s hiding. As the supernatural starts to make themselves more public, the occult has moved to play their own hand in the game that will open the Gates of Hell and unlock what’s been stowed away for all eternity. To give the other side the chance that they want, to come back top-side, to wreak havoc, to create a new world. Arinna must recruit old enemies, old prey, and unlikely alliances in order to try and stop someone from raising something that could bridge the gap between the worlds. Allowing the underworld a chance that they’ve waited all eternity for.
