Long ago and far away, a young kelpie commited a crime against her own people. Expelled from Otherworld, the unseelie Pip is sent to live among humans as punishment, her memory of all else fragmented. Welcomed by other unseelie fae, she discovers the fairy realm faces its own peril, vanishing into the mists as time marches on without them. Their enigmatic leader believes Pip may yet save them all, but her fragmented mind tells her he is not to be trusted.
