When Cindy Brewster is returned to her evil parents, her foster care social worker, Sharon, begins to despair. She falls in love with a strange man, Laif, who can force people to face the truth. After Sharon’s pleas to the court are ignored, Laif uses his ability on Cindy’s parents. But they are psychic as well and resist him. Laif senses that Cindy will help millions of people as she grows older. But every moment that Cindy is with her parents, she moves closer towards evil.
